    Item was as-described and shipped fast. Packaging was adequate as it's a pretty sturdy plastic before it spends a couple decades in direct sunlight. Much cheaper to buy this than a whole new filter.

    The relay board was New, as described. It has been installed on the MasterCool and works perfectly. The price was middle of the road from other vendor prices. Shipping was free. It was packed well, even though the outer box sustained some damage, but the product was in perfect condition.

    Everything went well with this transaction. It is the correct part and it fits. It was shipped very quickly - couldn't believe how fast it got here! It was packaged well. I had been concerned about there being no photo with the ad, but the seller provided one when I asked for it. Overall everything went very well. Thank you!
