    Item was as-described and shipped fast. Packaging was adequate as it's a pretty sturdy plastic before it spends a couple decades in direct sunlight. Much cheaper to buy this than a whole new filter.

    The item arrived new in packaging, and was exactly as described by the seller. It was a bit higher priced than other websites, but I was able to get it faster, which made it worth the extra money for me. It was the original part from the company, which was exactly what I was looking for.

    The relay board was New, as described. It has been installed on the MasterCool and works perfectly. The price was middle of the road from other vendor prices. Shipping was free. It was packed well, even though the outer box sustained some damage, but the product was in perfect condition.
