When I inquired about shipping the item, the seller advised that item had been shipped and was just caught up with transport. I advised the seller to provide updated tracking information, but the seller stopped responding. I then opened a case against the seller, where he responded to eBay advising the item had already arrived. I advised eBay that the item hadn’t arrived nor had I been given updated tracking information. eBay awarded me a full refund.
