    Grade A or B+ depending on perspectives: Thankful seller caught my note upon purchase and messaged me the next week before he shipped (some delivery delay there) stating he noted I was looking for stronger grade OTC med, so he offered to cancel as he noted this was manufacturer marketing gimmick, not all it was labeled to be. I gladly took his immediate refund , thankful he offered to save me $$. Unsure why delay but glad to find his honesty. Your choice dealing.

    Item delivered was of excellent quality, well packaged and in good condition. This is the second time I have used this seller, they have proved to be reliable and I would use again. There is always the inevitable time delay in packages arriving from the U.S., but delivery was within the estimated time frame.

    GREAT PACKING!! Packing is always key, and this item appears deceptively indestructible. Many (unfortunately most) sellers simply throw it in a mailer with no protective packing whatsoever--often not even a bubble mailer. More than once, I've received one with it's seal open and minus all the liquid contents, making it useless. But not this seller! This seller made a real effort, and I greatly appreciate it!!!

    I got a roll of this type of medical tape from the hand Doc to wrap a splint on my broken thumb. I needed some more as I was almost out and saw this same tape on eBay for a very reasonable sum. The seller sent my tape the same day and it was exactly as described when it arrived promptly in my mailbox. It would have gotten here a day earlier had it not been for the Presidents Day holiday. Very satisfied. Excellent service from an excellent seller.
