  The quality is down to Royal Doulton - but the overall appearance is as new, the safe delivery is down to each item being very well packaged and the agreed price gave me value for money. The postage suggested by eBay was high, but the seller offered a reduced postage and arranged an immediate refund. The postage rating refers to the sellers pragmatism, not eBay! I am very pleased with the purchase. Thank you.

  Beautiful vase even nicer than described and at an amazing price ! The packaging was superb - so much bubble-wrap and a total of 4 boxes within boxes to ensure a safe delivery which was very quick, even allowing for the bad weather. I will have no hesitation in buying from this seller again. Check out their listings ! 5star experience all round and highly recommended.
