    Initially I was sent the wrong item. I reached out to the seller, he responded extremely quickly! I was told seller would send out the correct item, which he did. A few days the item was at my door exactly as described. Great seller. I would absolutely buy from him again.

    Arrived very well packaged, product was sealed as described. There was a fault not known to the seller at the time of purchase but within minutes of contacting them, it was sorted out. Very happy with the product - I can't recommend this seller enough!

    Like new except besides the grate not being present ( which was noted) the smoke box, grease tray and pellet scoop where not shipped with the item. The smoke box was definitely in the pictures shown. I ordered a grate to be ready to grill but now I have to wait and order more parts which isn’t cool!
