  I never received the sublimation ink and I didn’t receive the sublimation paper with my printer. It says I would receive the sublimation ink and paper with my printer and I only received the printer. I would have gone through a different person if I knew it wasn’t included like it was advertised. This is the first bad experience I have had on here.

  I contacted the seller after receiving the item and never got a response.. I will not recommend the seller. I’m actually going to dispute this transaction. I am going to be calling customer care to see if they can help in anyway.

Great new condition with open box as stated in add, This seller uses amazon to deliver the ink, and fedex to deliver the printer which is a little odd but both items arrived seperately and in great condition. works as should. highly recommend this seller and this sublimation printer.
