This was 1st and only time experienced a problem. Contacted seller and corrections were promptly addressed. Replacement was shipped at no charge. Nice to know this type of service is still available

    I specifically needed Non-chipped ink cartridges because my HP printer is not accepting the new chipped versions (HP only wants HP in its printers, I guess). Seller checked their stock and found some for me! I have bought multiple times with different printers from this seller... reliable, speedy delivery, and always responsive. Highly recommended seller!

    There are many reasons why I continously purchase my ink cartridges from Vivid-ink as they not only realize that customers appreciate their low prices as well as their extremely prompt delivery, not to mention they also securely protect their ink cartridges with cardboard and protectively sealed packaging as well.
