  Unit arrived in what looks like original packing material. Everything that was in the listing was there the only thing that included actually is a keyboard. This transaction was seamless did not take long to ship and was given good communication throughout this transaction. I highly recommend using these guys. I was not disappointed.

  Box was received damaged due to poor handling from the carrier. Upon contacting they were quick to reach a resolution that worked out for both of us. Have purchased from this seller countless times and have never had any issues! Will continue to support their business!

  The soundbar that arrived was in excellent condition. The quality is top notch, the value paid was on par and the soundbar's appearance was exactly as described by the seller.   Items arrived on time just as advertised. I had a problem linking the Soundbar with the Sub, after estensive searching on the web it was determined I needed the remote. This item didn't come with a remote so I purchased one on Amazon which arrived the next day. Using the remote I linked the Soundbar with the Sub and the sound is amazing. Very happy. I contacted the seller and let them know and they offered to refund me the cost of the remote (which they did not have to do). Very happy .....
