  I won't ever buy anything from this seller, the necklace came in two pieces and when I contacted the seller I was told that I needed to send pictures/video that the jewelry is inspected before it is send… after sending the pictures the seller told me that it just came apart and that is why there were extra links that I could use to fix it! The true of the matter is that the jewelry is poor quality, it looks cheap and isn't worth the money.

  This seller has been extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help me with my order. An issue arose in regards to my reason for needing the dress on my end and the eBay platform was causing some issues on both ends, and this seller kept in constant contact to help me in anyway they could!   Hello Ma'am, As i can check you were previously informed that your location is at no service zone for our shipping partners and it was clearly communicated that it will take 35 days for your shipment to get delivered and you agreed for it. And as I can check your shipment has already been delivered on time.

  Package came ripped and torn, seller will not take a return or refund the cost of the totally useless product even if it was within the 30 days. Waste of time and money

  The buyer has used the product for 30 days and has damaged it and came back to us for a refund. If the package was torn or ripped it should be informed to us within 7 days of delivery and not after 30 days.
