  Absolute rubbish quality. Took a month to get the order right, and when it arrived its unfit for use. Poor communication. I kept having to chase the order, but they are very quick to chase payment if you need artwork done. But I wouldn't bother with that either! Waste of time. I now have to find another company to do it properly.

  Its a pity that it is the customer's own artwork, their own background colour, and their logo and a mockup preview was shown and they pre-approved. finally the product was custom- produced. The customer did not have print-ready design for us to produce, we still helped them lay the design setup and provide a mockup preview too for a nominal fee. There were also more adiitions made which were again incorporated and we reproduced a second flag with new design for free, as a goodwill gesture.

  Sadly this item in no way matched the description. The images used are clearly for a different product, yes it is a star tent. But fixed poles not telescopic, cheap material, poor quality pegs. Exercise caution with this seller. Considering referral to local trading standards. Thankfully eBay were able to refund for the item.
