  Got my cute new Keds and are just as described. They're in great condition but are just a tad narrow so I'll have to break them in but not an issue of the seller. My mail carrier left the box in the pouring rain but luckily we got home in time to rescue them. Super cute and great packaging. Thanks...

  Sweetserenade is utterly trustworthy. I ordered some pants from this seller. They arrived damaged with a small but unfortunately very noticeable frayed spot front and center below the knee. I had planned on wearing these to work at an office, so with a flaw like that they wouldn't be acceptable. Iexpected to have to return the item--a hassle at the post office--but sweetserenade not only refunded my entire purchase price + shipping but also said to keep the pants in the bargain. That's service!
