My item was half hanging out of box and I had to drive to a postal annex just to get it. Not a gripe against the seller, just frustrated from a buyer standpoint as UPS is terrible to deal with. My item was exactly as described and the seller had great prices 5 stars for seller, but maybe think about a different delivery service without signature requirements.

It did not come in original packaging, so something to consider if that's important to you or you're ordering as gift, but was boxed securely and had all included components as stated (battery, adapter, and USB cable), that also appear in new condition. Seller was quick to respond answering my questions.
