  I ordered a pump for a 4l60e. It came with a damaged pump-case gasket because of the packaging method. The seller promptly offered to refund an amount to cover a new gasket. The pump is advertised as being ready to install, but unfortunately, mine was not. It came with an old filter still installed, you can see the overspray from the painting job. The filter was torn and full of metal and debris. A disaster had I not checked and installed in my newly rebuilt transmission.

  The item was shipped the same day I ordered it and the packaging was great. But above all their customer service is the reason I will be using them from now on for all my shops transmission parts. It’s definitely just a perk to support a shop in the neighborhood I grew up in. They sent me a shirt which was really thoughtful. Thank You and may this year bring you health, wealth and happiness.
