  Well packaged. Packaged was late because of post office messup. I contacted seller told him my probllem. He was very helpful and understanding. He offered replacement if my item was not received shortly. Great experience with this seller. I will definitely be buying from him again AAAAAA+++++++

  Great ornament, I absolutely love it! However, the box it was shipped in was a little too thin, like cake box thickness instead of corrugated cardboard. The package got crunched in transit, and it arrived with several of the metal leaves bent. Luckily I was able to bend them back easily and without damage, so I am still leaving positive feedback, as otherwise the item is as described, great price and very unique. Just a suggestion to use sturdier boxes in the future. Thanks!

  Through no fault of the seller, but rather USPS, the item was delayed in transit and arrived later than expected. But it finally arrived in great condition, well-packaged, and the item is of canvas quality. Highly recommended seller. Thank you!
