    So glad I was able to find a replacement - one of my best friends took a recent trip to a few European Christmas markets and had purchased a mug like this one, but unfortunately it got damaged in her travels, and she wasn't able to buy another one before she returned home. Fortunately, there is ebay for those situations! The mug arrived quickly, safely packaged, and just as pictured and described in the listing - thank you!

    Quick delivery and notification updates were great. The packaging wasn’t good, the box was clearly too small for the item and it was wrapped several times in bubble wrap which helped protect it, though not great cos you can’t recycle it. Overall after giving the item a good clean I am happy with what I received, many thanks.
