The images represented the item accurately; the seller did show where the item was damaged and I could see this once the seller had pointed it out to me.   I am blown away by this doll. She is in excellent, clean and well cared for condition; exactly as stated in listing. She arrived well within delivery timescales and was very well packed for postal journey. She smells gorgeous - a fresh, clean smell which is bonus.   At first has wanted to return the item due to small defects, the seller was more then happy to accept the return, despite having mentioned the defects in the description (something I had over looked) after speaking with my friend who's birthday present it was, he was happy to have the item in his collection despite the defects. Seller has good communication, prompt delivery and would recommend.
