  NEGATIVE I purchased this item at end of July 31. Not received & it’s lost! I reached out to seller & opened a not received case in eBay only to be told by this seller that’s this sometimes happens & she hopes they sort everything out and deliver my package in next couple days. This is a $500 skirt that I can’t repurchase as it’s vintage & I purchased it for a special occasion! It was in Jacksonville Florida then sent to Carolina Puerto Rico & now in CATANO Puerto Rico and LOST!
