    Shipping was misleading. Stated it was UPS but used USPS. For most it's not a problem but for me it is. I have a unique situation with USPS. USPS doesn't deliver mail to my home because I live too close to the post office. I know weird. So I have a P. O. Box and if I use my physical address the USPS will return my packages to sender. So knowing which delivery service the seller is using is important. This seller provided a quality product as advertised but was communication was poor.

    Although the item arrived damaged (USPS dropped the box right on its side), Vintage Thriftables was there throughout the entire process. Good communication, helpful and respectful. They got me a full refund with no hassle.
