    I purchased a crewel kit for a good price, including shipping. The crewel kit was wrapped well and was intact, but unfortunately the instructions were missing. The seller didn’t know until I contacted them; they were very prompt to reply and refunded the entire amount. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

    I have been a member of eBay for over 20 years and have never seen such excellent packaging of glassware. Double boxed with bubble wrap between the boxes and each glass individually wrapped. The glasses travelled 8,000 miles and our local post office destruction derby and survived in perfect condition. Many thanks for your effort.
