  Extremely rude and unprofessional seller. The item I received was damaged and not as described. When I reached out to resolve the issue, the seller responded with hostility, refused to provide a return label, and even threatened to open a case against me. Their tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I contacted eBay who, after reviewing the situation, issued the return label, and I received a full refund. I would strongly caution anyone against buying from this seller.

  You forgot the part where you outright LIED about the item being damaged! Just so you could force me, through Ebay, to pay for the return shipping. I will be filing that case with Ebay against you. and reporting you for fraud. It's amazing how fraudsters call the good folks rude and unprofessional when they don't get their way.

  I needed this more for the custom camera insert than for the dock. But both are in very good used condition as described so now I'll have a spare dock. This item was securely packaged and shipped promptly.
