    This seller is so very helpful with the sale of needlepoint yarn—better than in-person in retail shops! She answered questions quickly and shipped the merchandise rapidly. If people in “downtown” shops had provided such great service, we probably wouldn’t all be shopping via the internet! First rate merchandise, perfect packaging and condition. I will be doing future business with this seller! Everything was as described, great appearance, and arrived in the new condition claimed.

    I have purchased from this seller before and am happy with what I have bought. Well packed and arrived in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this seller and will probably purchase from again! Compared to some other people I have purchased from, the postage is rather high but oh well. Everything else is great!
