  10 out of 10 for the seller with this transaction. Firstly, they combined the shipping of 4 items I won via auction adding extra value for myself. Then, with no fault on their part, there was a problem with DPD delivering the package, and the parcel was sent back to Vintage Honey Pots. I contacted customer services, who made the necessary enquiries in-house and arranged for the parcel to be resent to me. The quality of items were as listed, as was the condition and appearance of all 4 lots.

  Very quick responce to my request for an invoice having won a few listings. The p&p was adjusted to cover all of them which I found to be very kind and nice to have been done. Great items, well listed and as described also very nicely packed. Best part is that they arrived together super fast !!   The Charlie Bear I received (Shakespeare) arrived just as described. I am very happy with what I received. The postage was fast, I received my parcel within 3 days of ordering it. The packaging did the job but I didn’t feel like, considering the price of the bear, it was packaged with all that much care. Overall, I am very happy with this seller and would be confident in buying from this seller again!
