    Perfectly described, packaged with care, sent on time and at a fair price. I initially thought there was a problem with the unit, but it was simply user error (me). Seller was very responsive and empathetic about the problem I was having and offered a very fair solution. Ten minutes later, when I figured out what I did wrong, the system came to life!!! It was perfect and let him know that there was no problem. Will buy from again.

    The cassette tape holder arrived quickly in excellent condition. If possible, I would like to change the experience rating for my prior order with VintageAZAudio (Order No. 15-13109-92437) from Neutral to Positive. The error was due to my misunderstanding of the relative meaning of those two ratings. This seller has been responsive and very fair-minded in dealing with me.
