    Beautiful piece, as described/pictured, arrived on time. It was in perfect shape, wrapped in bubble wrap, but with limited materials holding it securely within the box, which was large enough but thin cardboard. (So it conceivably could have sustained some damage if handlers hadn't been as gentle - but unfortunately this was not the case, it arrived safe and in beautiful condition.) beautiful, thank you so much! :)

    Excellent condition. Although the wooden box is not built with the same quality as described. The fact that the game was mailed promptly and well packed, compensated for it. Pleasant, easy transaction; would buy from this seller again. Thank you!

    Worst customer service ever. The seller does not know what she's doing and keep repeating same mistakes. I bought two times the same item and item arrived damaged both times because of packaging issues. Seller denied any fault of the damaged items even though I bought the same item two consecutive times because of the damaged issue due to packaging.
