  The seller was very responsive and flexible, I would highly recommend that based on communication and support! The packaging was outstanding, in its original protective packaging and then shipped in an another durable shipping box. The items inside and collector box were still in original mint condition with no defects or changes to appearance. The description perfectly represented everything that was included and photos were of the actual product not reproductions from the manufacturer.

  Seller was excellent about communicating updates when the vinyl shipment was delayed. Offered a partial refund when vinyl was ever so slightly damaged (but still playable). Really appreciate the communication and transparency! Also offered a reasonable price (before partial refund) vs what other sellers were listing similar vinyls. Would love to buy from this seller again!

  Item listed received promptly. The item was placed in a shipping box without padding, causing a pre-existing crease to become a larger area of damage. Fortunately, I just don’t care anymore. It is an unopened, new item, and my care is for the figure and box front. Good seller communication. Would do business with again, with better packaging.

  Excellent seller! International shipping was faster and cheaper than many other sellers of the same item. Very good communication with quick response times. The item was well packaged and arrived undamaged. I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again if the opportunity arises.

  Item came packaged properly, and new. It was sealed as described by the seller, and came relatively quick. No flaws in the package or vinyl itself. The quality is great, and for a great price. And the vinyl itself is just amazing😩 definitely a must buy, especially from this seller!

  Great condition and exactly as described. Metal lunch box was packed well with padding and in correct sized box so that it got here in tact. Seller sent it promptly and cost of item and shipping was great. Appreciate the care and listing accuracy and would buy from again. Thank you!
