    We ordered an incorrect product which we realised when it arrived. I spoke to them via email on eBay and returned the product as asked and waited for the refund. This took a bit of an effort to achieve...but eventually we received it. I feel that had I not hassled for that refund, it would not have been forthcoming, though. Hmmmmm.... It's never only about the money guys, it's about a trustworthy outfit to deal with.
