  Mixed bag here. I thought it was an open box. That is what is said in listing. It was not. I messaged them once about my address and never heard back from them. Oh well I got the item, but they didn't answer my message. Still they got here and work. Thank you.

  I returned this item because I ordered it by mistake. It was another sony model that I was looking for and got the numbers confused. The seller took it back as advertised and refunded my account. My feedback is for the seller only and not the product. I highly recommend this seller for keeping their word and if you find they are selling an item that you are interested in.
