  The item received did not match seller's description but as it turned out, the item is somewhat unique for a pre-1891 razor, so I decided to keep it. I communicated to the seller the problem and received an apology and a refund, although I really wasn't seeking either. I just wanted their descriptions to be accurate and photos that actually are focused. The response and subsequent actions revealed sellers stellar integrity and I would not have any issue doing future transactions with the seller.

  Shipped quickly but arrived late, this was in no way the seller's fault. Look at the pictures and you'll understand why. To the seller's credit of good packaging, the clock arrived unscathed regardless the handling after it left their hands. Item arrived as described and I'm happy with the price I paid.
