  Great E-Bayer! Great price, with fast shipping. The only snag was the item was a different model when it arrived. These things happen - we’re only human! I sent a quick note to the seller the night it arrived, with a description. The next morning, I was contacted by the Seller with a sincere apology, and instructions on how to return the item for a replacement, and a postage paid printing label. GREAT communication to say the least!!! I decided the item would be handy as is, and kept it.

  My experience with this seller was great! The item was new as described but when I tried to play a cd it wouldn’t read the cds. So I messaged the seller and they got back with me and told me what to do through eBay. It was a very smooth process to return it. A shipping label was sent prepaid. They have now issued a refund. I would buy from this seller again.

  I'm just going to toss these out because I don't know where they actually came from. I received a UPS tracking number (not the post office) for them and it did show on their site.They were delivered fast but there was no UPS shipping label on them with my name or address or any label with an address with where they came from for that matter. They were in a Wal-Mart cardboard envelope and were delivered by someone in a small car that left them on my front porch. More to it but ran out of space.

  The knife case arrived very quickly and was packaged well to prevent shipping damage. The knife case was a quality item and it was as described in the ad. I believe the case was a good value for the money and I will use this seller again when the opportunity arises. Great experience
