I did not ship or communicate with him prior to refund. However, the reason is because the day after his purchase I suffered a catastrophic house fire caused by charging lithium-ion batteries. The fire destroyed essentially all of my inventory and left my family functionally homeless. If you are reading this it means that at this time I have deleted all of the 1,000+ listings I had prior to the fire and have re-launched my store with new inventory.
