  This seller was a pleasure to deal with. This Brighton Knix bag is exactly what I wanted. It was well packaged and arrived in a reasonable time frame. It was described as “new” but was not although it’s in excellent condition. There were some things left in the pockets that let me know it was used. I informed the seller. They couldn’t be nicer. They apologized and gave me a partial refund. I highly recommend this seller as they are committed to customer satisfaction.

  Highly motivated seller, item was just as described in in photos with a minor blemish (pin hole) but the price reflected that and still made it an overall good value. Packaging was adequate and shipping was extremely fast. I would recommend or buy from this seller again.

  I want to commend this seller for outstanding customer support. I ordered a Boy Scout rain jacket to give to a needy kid, and it arrived within just a few days of buying it. But unfortunately I discovered that the zipper was broken and the jacket was torn. As a rainjacket it was not usable, but I do not believe the seller was aware of that as the damage was easy to miss. I pointed it out and the seller issued me a full refund. Consequently, I give this seller my highest recommendation!
