  I thought the item I bought was sold at a great price. Upon arrival, the item's charging port was damaged, but after noticing this, I contacted the seller, and they quickly apologized for the issue. We were able to negotiate a partial refund while I kept the item. I highly recommend this seller, they are super friendly and will help you if what you receive doesn't satisfy you.

  Finally, a battery pack that will take a charge. I have bought a couple of these and these and they would take a charge. Poppled this pack in and immediately seen by UPS unit. Great seller. Good communications. Fast shipping. Highly recommend this seller!

  Only reason I’m putting less stars is because the item did arrive broken, but I do not think at all that it is the sellers fault. They also were very helpful and refunded me my money immediately when they found out I plan on buying more things from them again in the future.
