  The winch works fine. I bought the winch because in shipping in item description “all items shipped same or next day “ . 2 days after purchase using contact seller I inquired about my order. 4 messages over 4 days no response from seller! 7 days after purchase received message from eBay UPS received my order and tracking number. Never heard from seller! Not even a thank you for your business! Bad seller!

  Item is great and as described. Seller does not ship the next business day as advertised and does not respond to email.. Sent three Emails and he totally ignored me. Purchased and paid for item on the 29th and the Post office did not receive the item until Aug 4...

  Winch kit is nice and fits perfect! Only issue is seller took like 4-5 days to even ship! So the arrival time of 2-4 days wasn’t gona happen. Took 8 days to receive .
