    I got my first authentic Vintage Chanel Flap bag the other day and it was perfect!! Just as described. It was in great condition and the price was right. The packaging was great and shipping from Japan to California was decent. Highly recommend this store! I am so happy with my purchase!!!!

    Upon receiving the bag, I can't open the lock because it was stuck. I reached out to the seller to see if there's special ways of opening it. To make a long story short, the seller took the matter seriously. He is very approachable, receptive, courteous and certainly did his best to solve the whole issue in a very timely manner. I've never encounter anyone else who's as thoughtful as this seller is. I definitely look forward to more purchases from him in the near future.
