Ensuring our listings are accurate eliminates most problems, but if one does occur we fix it! And you may return your item within 30 days as long as it is as you received it.     Seller initially sent me the wrong item. I contacted them and explained this and the seller immediately expedited the correct item out to me and also included a prepaid return envelope so that I could return the incorrect item.
