  The seller sent what was on the pictures and more, i.e. I also got a remote for the video recorder I bought and an euroscart (euroav) cable. True, the remote does not work 100% but it is OK for an extra. The shipping was free (i.e. its cost is included in the price). The packaging was excellent, the item arrived quite fast (within EU) without any damage. The video recorder is working nicely. The seller's communication is good although is not a story teller.

  Purchased a professional video editing deck. It arrived securely wrapped and packaged against rough handling (you know how postal workers are.) The deck was clean and exactly as described in the listing. I haven’t checked all the features, but the initial check things seem to be working great. I will be following the vcrshop for more equipment as the needs arise. As a buyer you can trust VCRShop to deliver quality goods for decent price.

  Par suite d'une erreur, involontaire je suppose, j'ai reçu un camescope différent de celui qui m'était proposé à la vente. Ayant fait part, par ebay , de ma décision de retourner cet article au vendeur, celui ci m'a remboursé sans histoires les frais de renvoi et le montant du prix de l'appareil . c'est pourquoi, je trouve que ce vendeur est sérieux.

  Excellent item, in very good condition, exactly as described, seems to produce excellent output. Well packaged for delivery to UK. Free postage. Two things for UK buyers to be aware: fitted mains plug is Euro 2 pin; HMRC demand import VAT and clearance fee of £73.76 before parcel can be delivered. This is NOT the seller's fault! Overall item is excellent value.

  Great seller, great communication, incredibly safe packaging and fair prices. I received a HR-S7611 instead of HR-S7600. These models are identical except for color, and I prefer the HR-S7611 I received, but this might annoy other buyers. I have tested the VCR thoroughly over the weekend. Everything is in great condition and working perfectly. Very happy, thanks again!

  This seller went above and beyond to help with this purchase! This was an international order and shipment. Unfortunately the shipment was lost in transit. This seller sent another unit with no additional charge and no problems. Great seller, they took good care of me. And the replacement unit is working great! -DP
