If you have questions the seller will respond with in a day. As far as the merchandise, it showed up with no damage and was packaged very nicely. Installation was a breeze and very straight forward.

However, we sent a message to the seller and he explained that ebay will only let them track one pkg but he sent us the tracking on the battery and it arrived about 3 days after charger. It was great and works well. Seller was excellant to get right back to answer our question. Great Seller!
