  I placed an order for the item listed Michael Myers costume(mask/jumpsuit) for $30. Seller cancelled it w/ reason "issue with buyer address" which is inaccurate. I have purchase MANY things with never an issue!! When I looked at the listing again, NOW it has options: mask only, jumpsuit only and jumpsuit & mask for MORE than double what I paid. So seller made a mistake with pricing and cancelled my order to "fix it". Not cool. Then I continued to get shipping updates which was so confusing

  It arrived creased,product overpriced considering the quality we received. The description was misleading; after testing, I found it to be a blend of linen and cotton. The seller offered a 15% discount to resolve the issue,which I found insulting. When I requested a refund, the seller stated that because I had cut the fabric—even though I returned the entire item—they would only issue a 50% refund. Had I known it was a cotton and linen blend, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and effort ordering it

  Not as described - the image, description and title all indicate that this is a “set”. When the thin, cheap looking robe arrived without a mask after a long wait I contacted the seller who said this was my fault for not selecting the option “with mask” in the size drop down. I’ve gone back and had a look and this is not an option. There is a confusing drop-down for colour with some numbers! I thought these meant the colour in the images on the pictures of masks - seller needs to make this clear.

  This item arrived in good time it was packaged really well the condition is new. I had questions I had asked the seller before the item arrived and when it arrived but I had no response. Unfortunately I had to send the item back it didn't seem to work well. A real shame as I wanted to try it out and see what benefits it made to my body.
