Selling price is higher than other dealers. So I thought the frame was included as shown in the product photo, but it was not. The condition was also normal and I didn't feel it was worth the high price.

There is no mention of mat or frame in my description. What you see in the photo is the item and a black background. The condition is excellent. Questions before buying a piece are welcome.
