  The pens took a long time to get here, but I believe that was Royal Mail's fault. The seller stopped responding to my messages until I opened a return request through Ebay. The parcel arrived two days later. The pens are fine, but over two weeks' wait for a UK seller is laughable, really.

  This product is listed as having 90 pages, but the product delivered to me had only 75 pages. I queried this with the company and instead of apologising, they twice asked me to send photographs - they clearly did not believe what I was saying. I would not buy from this company again due to inaccurate and misleading product description and poor customer service.

  Absolute rubbish don't buy it.i ordered 3 piece set and only received 2 and the base coat was a dirty brown colour.contacted seller and asked for a full refund and was offered £1.i refused then was told they were sending me a replacement never arrived now offering a £1 again.will definitely not be buying from this seller again.
