  I not only love the item that I purchased from this shop (an old scuttle bucket that I'm storing umbrellas in), but also the level of customer service I got from the shop's owner.   This item arrived with only what I can describe as the best and most thorough packaging/wrapping possible. Removing all of the protective wrapping was a nice, fun little exercise. :-D

  The item I purchased did not meet my expectations but the return shipping cost was too high so I hadn't planned on returning it. The seller graciously refunded the cost of the item without the need for my returning it. Clearly this seller tries to go the extra mile to satisfy customers.
