  My items arrived today, and from all my years of purchasing items, this package hands down had the best secured packaging. The communication was fantastic, I thought there was a shipment error, but there wasn’t, and communication was top notch and I’m sorry Alexia for the confusion and appreciate the quick response times. Everything with the order was great, they deserve the 5 stars, and I would definitely buy from them again!

  TERRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID THIS SELLER. I paid for my item on 30 August, and the seller failed to send it as expected. The seller did not send my paid for item until 5 September 6 DAYS after making payment. If I had seen all the negativity with this seller I would never have bought from them. NO replies received regarding why my item had not been sent, just ignored, pure ignorance. If you want your goods in good-time do not use this seller.

  Do not buy this product if you live in Australia as you won’t receive it because it’s got chicken flavouring and oyster shell in it it is a fantastic product could no longer get it very disappointing. I did get a full refund from the company and due to them wasting postage, which I offered to pay They won’t resent which is fair enough but they don’t everything they could to help me.

  The company ships immediately. Knowing it takes time to arrive to US they ship out as soon as I order. Treats are securely packaged. So glad I found this company. I’ll keep ordering since these out my fur babies fav. And such a great exp ordering from them!
