  Extraordinary! One of the best vendors I've come across in 12 years. The item was much better even than described--you could tell that Valaset values the product they sell. Shipping was most prompt and the packaging was more than adequate and protected the computer quite well. . Communication was terrific--they responded to my note with quick action.
