  Great seller & great communication - item as described and well packaged, but EVRi lost the package and seller sent a replacement without issue . The original package arrived and I returned it so we were eventually straight…. no thanks to EVRi!! Recommended seller - thanks again!

  First time ordering via this seller, very positive experience. One part of my order disappeared into the Evri network (where it still is/isn’t who knows?) and after a couple days of no tracking update I messaged and got a response within a couple hours from Gina saying she’d look into and sort it. Within 2 days I had a new Evri tracking link and my order. Amazing customer service I will be returning and recommending to anyone I can. Parcels also packaged securely and watertight wrap on liquids.

  Great service well packaged with fast dispach time from time order was placed to delivery was less than a week. This alloy wheel cleaner is brilliant stuff does exactly as it describes. You can go wrong with the price of this stuff highly recommend this seller.

  Item as described but unfortunately the courier (Evri) took the best part of 3 weeks to deliver it, because apparently they are incapable of delivering during working hours (the item was delivered to a business address). The seller had to get involved and liaise with them. I would have given negative feedback but the courier's poor performance isn't directly the seller's fault.

  As described, not quick delivery but OK. Evri knocked on door, left parcel and went without waiting 10 seconds to see somebody, Pathetic. I know they have a lot of calls etc but when they can't even wait 10 seconds to make sure it's in safe hands is stupid. Our Evri regular delivery man is great but this must have been his stand in, Speedy Gonzales.
