  I actually mistakenly ordered this item in error. I immediately canceled the order within 30-minutes. Initially Ebay said my cancelation was denied, however after some prompt communications with this seller, they informed me that they had actually approved my cancelation and submitted a refund. That Ebay made an error on the refund denial. This seller is fair and prompt and I'll keep them on my preferred seller list.

  the price was very good for 3 genuine Bissell belts so I bought them.when I received them and opened the package their were 3 belts inside the package but they are not genuine Bissell belts they have hoover printed on them I have included photos of the alleged Bissell belts and the real ones
