  The Flexi dog leash arrived yesterday in excellent condition. It was as advertised on the website: brand new, unused, and still in manufacturer packaging. The appearance of the leash is fresh and inviting. The quality of the product is very good, and I think it is a solid value for the price paid.   Received item and obviously not in new condition. Had pulls on the inside of the clothing, stains on the outside and appeared to be in used condition. I contacted seller and sent five photographs showing that the item was not in new condition as advertised. I requested a partial refund or send me a prepaid package to ship the item back and they refused to do either. I will never do business with this company again. I sent five photographs showing that the item was not a new condition.
