  I followed instructions and checked the box, which looked fine, but once unwrapped, the bumper was clearly broken. Seller offered $75 out of nearly $700. I declined, and they eventually accepted the return. I’m leaving a negative review because it felt like they knew it was damaged and then blocked me from buying again, even though I was open to a refund or exchange.

  Hi, sorry that you had bad experience with us. we have returned the bumper that was nothing wrong with it in timely matter, the grill just needed to clip to the bumper. We have refunded you as soon as we received the bumper back. We have sold hundreds of these bumpers, we inspect all the parts before we ship them. Thank You
