  The item I received was not even close to what I ordered, and did not get all items ordered. what i did get was of very poor quality. However, I must say the seller did not hesitate to send my refund right away. I ordered two necklaces for my daughters for Mother's Day, because they were to be personalized with the initials E P H I was told that they may not get here by that date, which was fine The picture below will show you what I received
