    seller was great to deal with, good communication quick refund. Ebay has really dropped the ball on this....first, item never arrived ebay never let me know...i found out when i inquired bout it. Seller replied immediately with a refund and ebay was nowhere to be found.     Packaging arrived flattened/crushed, but looks to be usable!?. A padded envelope will not protect a flimsy cardboard box during shipping... Why positive you ask ? otherwise, seller was great; great price and fast shipping with the correct part ! I might try this seller again!

    The seller answered my questions promptly before purchase, agreed to send to Australia, and accepted my offer. Postage happened immediately and I had the item within days. The product was accurately described, and value for money. Postage was extremely expensive but that's the world today.

    third time is the charm! Ordered the same unit as I did from the second time, and this time the part matched the picture and fit my car. Finally satisfied. Overall the price was on the high side, communication wasn't great, but shipping was cheap and quick.
